Can I order now?
During beta you can configure your patch and save the project. Stripe payments are test-only when the sandbox is active: no real charges or production.
What are the production times?
Standard production: 7 business days. Express production: 2 business days, with a €10 surcharge per order. Production times are in business days and exclude transit.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free worldwide.

How can I pay?

Can I create a patch without an image?
To get started, upload a logo, lettering or artwork. You can add instructions, such as including a name. No artwork yet? Create it with an AI tool, then upload it to PatchMania.ai.
Is the preview the final embroidery?
No. Your design is adapted to the selected size for your approval or requested changes. Our workshop checks the production design before embroidery.
How is my file used?
We process your image to create the preview. Original artwork and previews remain stored on our servers and available in your account, with no automatic expiry. See our privacy information for details.
What materials do you use and how should patches be washed?
We use 100% polyester thread for greater durability. Wash at a maximum of 60 °C and follow the garment care label: if it specifies a lower temperature, use that temperature.
